Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After dispatch, delivery within the EU usually takes 2–7 business days. International delivery may take 1–4 weeks.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Unexpected delays may occur.

 

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. We are not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.

 

Correct Shipping Address

Please double-check your address before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping details.
If a package is returned due to incorrect information, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Refunds or free replacements cannot be issued in such cases.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is marked as "delivered" but hasn't arrived, please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors.
If your item is lost or damaged, please first contact the postal service using your tracking link. We're happy to assist with any available shipping information, but cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.

 

Tracking

If you selected tracking at checkout, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If you haven't received one, please email hey[at]jyan.at with your order number.
